ZC-888A eight-color bowl cup printing machine is a letterpress printing machine that prints colorful patterns, text, trademarks and other patterns on the surface of plastic products. It can overprint eight-color patterns at one time. The imprint is clear and full, and the dot reproduction rate is high. Widely used in milk tea cups, beverage cups, yogurt cups, yogurt bowls, plastic bowls, instant noodle bowls, foam cups, foam bowls and other plastic containers.

This machine adopts slope type and lifting type feeding methods (optional). It automatically dispenses cups and performs pre-press corona treatment. UV curing at the post-printing die head station, automatic cup counting, accurate and reliable counting. Automatic packaging machines can be added as needed to save labor.

The main motor adopts three-phase frequency conversion control and stepless speed regulation. Dual driving force transmission, accurate and stable alignment.

Each color station unit is independently controlled to reduce wear and save energy and consumption. Each color station unit can be independently rotated 90° to facilitate ink cleaning and adjustment, making maintenance more convenient and safe.

Each color station has a constant temperature control system, which can be heated in winter and cooled in summer to ensure the fluidity and viscosity of the ink and make the printing effect more beautiful.

The printing plate installation method is hanging type (it can also be glued) to save plate alignment time. The printing plate is equipped with a special punching machine, and the color registration is accurate and reliable.

The machine stops when double cups are used, and broken cups are automatically detected and rejected. When empty cups and broken cups pass through the printing rubber, the printing roller is instantly detached to protect the rubber from damage and the die head from contamination.
