This curved offset four-color plastic cup and bowl printing machine is designed for printing colorful patterns, text, logos, and various designs on the surface of plastic products. It can complete four-color overprinting in a single pass, producing prints with sharp, full, and vibrant impressions. With its high dot reproduction rate, it is widely used for printing on plastic containers such as milk tea cups, beverage cups, yogurt cups, yogurt bowls, plastic bowls, instant noodle cups, foam cups, and foam bowls

Feature:

The machine features an optional sloped or lifting feed mechanism. It performs automatic cup separation and pre-printing corona treatment. After printing, the mold head station utilizes UV curing, followed by automatic cup collection and counting, ensuring accurate and reliable tallying. An automatic packaging machine can be added as needed to reduce labor requirements.

With 3-phase frequency control and stepless speed regulation, the main motor ensures exceptionally smooth and quiet operation.

By employing individual motor drives, each printing unit reduces wear and energy consumption. The 90° swing-away design provides safe and convenient access for cleaning and maintenance.

Fast makeready and precise color registration are achieved thanks to a clip-on plate system (with gluing option) and pre-punched plates.

The machine features double-cup detection and automatic rejection of damaged cups. To protect the printing blanket and mold head from contamination, the printing cylinder instantly retracts when a missing or broken cup is detected.
